The Rights & Reproductions department provides color transparencies and high-resolution digital images of works in NMWA's permanent collection for publication and for nonpublished purposes. All image requests must be submitted through the rental request form. The costs vary according to availability of photography and intended use. If a desired photographic format is not available, the requestor may pay to have it produced. The requestor is responsible for obtaining necessary permission from rights holders. In response to an approved request, a contract will be sent that outlines costs, procedures for completing the request, and NMWA's terms for reproduction. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your request to be processed. |
The Education Gallery offers changing exhibitions that give background and context for special exhibitions or aspects of our permanent collection. It is often a starting point for school and youth tours. The Education Gallery is also the site of the annual Bridging Communities exhibition of student artwork.
