FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Will my festival pass be mailed to me? A: Yes. You will need to show the pass (and ID for the discounted pass) at the door to obtain tickets for each screening (you will not be charged any additional fees). Q: How early do I need to arrive in order to get tickets for a screening? A: One half hour. We'll hold 20 tickets for passholders till 10 minutes before the screening, but we'll sell them to other patrons after that. Q: Can someone else use my pass? A: No. Passes are non-transferable. To use your pass you must also present a valid ID at the door. If you have purchased a discounted pass you must also present a valid member, student, or senior ID. Q: What does a festival pass cover? A: Festival passes entitle the holder to attend all screenings and festival events. Q: Can I attend one or more of the festival events without purchasing a festival pass? A: Yes. There is a separate ticket price for the festival event for attendees who do not have a festival pass. (refer to ticket price page for details)
